Ahhhh ...... the good old days. My grandfather had a farm out on Long Island about fifteen minutes from the Montauk Lighthouse. Way back then a gallon of gas went for $0.25. A quarter. And a pack of smokes was two cents higher. What a change a few decades has made, right?

OMG no! I hate farms. They stink. Have lots of poop pick up duty. Feed this. Move that.
When I was a teenager, I refused to even date farmboys. Sorry farmers out there. I respect your job and all. But, no can do......

And I remember that to Uvah. Chips and a pop. One whole quarter..........

Yeah and at the local soda shop a coke was ten cents and a bazooka bubble gum was a penny. Now the coke is two dollars and penny bubble gum went out with the horse and buggy. You'd think they wouldn't mess with traditions as dear as that. Seriously, where's their couth?

You make it look so nice out there in the country. We used to have one of those way back when. Long Island now is among the most expensive places to live in NY. That's why I'm in Pa. and dontcha think there's more room out here?

Takes three hours to drive the length of it @ 60 mph. Used to be commercial fishermen used the far east end as a market. No more. Shore front property is being way up there in money land isn't it?

It is a wallpaper was already up when moved in.

No Thanks. Just saying it's a nice change to my plain off white. Some texture.
I took this pic in my yard. Believe it or not,,,,, did not touch it up. Thought something Special had happened..... But, I'm sure it's just the way the sun is reflecting on them. Believe it or Not?
