Does the fall of two governments count One of the Baltic States and one Scandinavian State. That should be enough. And if it isn't can be bomb them back to the stone age with copious amounts of gooey cheesey barkerstuff

I AM so inclined, but do you really want to be in the vicinity of a starker blast?
Like wouldn't it be safer to wait until after the event to scoop up any errant cash... providing you used tongs?
And do you have a Hazmat unit handy.nearby with ample steriliser and disinfectant? 
Well I happen to think AIG's top people should get a cash injection... a dollar note that's impregnated with heat sensitive C4 and ingites at body/wallet temperature so it blows their lying/cheating asses to Kingdom Come, How's that sound??
