BootSkin with existing logo*.sys files?

Some time ago I went on one of my infamous download binges and grabbed a big bunch of old desktop themes (yes, old themes DO work with XP), several of which came with custom bootskins, already in logo*.sys format. What's the easiest way to import these into BootSkin?
