dream cannot started ?

When i double click on the Dream.file, a message pop up :
Window DreamScene cannot started
window DreamScene can only run when windows Aero scheme is selected
Please tell me how to fix this problem...(T_T)...
Note : I'm running Window Vista Ultimate 32-bit (SP1).

My system rating only got 1.0 and the Aero theme automatically disable 
.This mean that I cannot using Dream? how can it be . Did have another ways to run Dream on my LOW Performance PC, please tell me.......I really want to run dream on my dekstop.......

right click on desktop select personalise,select windows colour and appearance,select open classic appearance properties select aero
