Ok, why isn't windowBlinds displaying the themes at all?

Ok so, I have this huge crysis right now. I'm not new to stardock I've used it in the past but this time. I re-installed windows blinds just to find out that it wont apply themes on my pc. I have a windows vista Home edition. It's 32 bit. everything in my desktop is NOT hidden the taskbar is on top it's all not laggy at all my problem is when i try to load ANY theme all it does is put window basic, the blue and grey theme that looks all old. someone please help me with this! (oh by the way I DO NOT have windows vista service pack 1) it's just normal NO service packs installed.

In the WB config go to the sys info tab and copy and paste the information here. Perhaps we can assist then.
