PhotoShop Cursor/Pointer Color Change

Does any one know how (or is it possible) to change the color of the cursor/pointer in PhotoShop? Work a lot with dark backgrounds and the standard black cursor just gets lost...
Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

I'd looked there too..and..at the Adobe website. Just thought maybe some one knew a trick,,, Thanks for the input though. Really appreciate it.

I just had a look in "Edit> Preferences> Display and cursors"...... and it seems you can only change the way the cursor looks, i.e. Standard, Precise or brush Size, but not the colour. I agree, it would be cool to be able to make them a colour that stands out, as I find that when I'm working on a mid-grey colour I can't see the damn thing at all sometimes!
