order not working

help I just tried to add cursor fx plus objectdock plus & update my subscription too a full one I all ready have  Object Desktop Ultimate  i have no clue what too do is not taking serial

objectdock plus is working now not the others

I need more information. Are you saying you are unable to download or purchase the products?

 

Edit: I went through your account and I didn't find any purchases or orders. When you say that Object Dock is now working what do you mean? Please elaborate the trouble you are having and we will be happy to help.

i used the wrong email on order its working but i had to open a new account to use subscription my stupid f-up & use stardock central for cursor fx plus & objectdock plus  so i have impulse for Object Desktop Ultimate i tried it on there no joy will i have to keep it like this?  bronx187 for other account

Nope you certainly will not. However I need you to send the information to support@stardock.com.

Please include all of the account information you can for both. I'll get you fixed as soon as I can. I would be happy to help you here but account information cannot be passed directly through the forums for obvious reasons.

Everything was cleared from the support queues this afternoon so you should have a reply. Please let me know if you have further troubles or simply send a reply to support. If you have not gotten anything please send me the ticket number and the email address the ticket came from.
