hi.
i currently have a dock set up for all my running applications. however, whenever i get a new message on msn from a current conversation, the icon will just glow a couple of times and that's it. if i don't notice it immediately i'd have to open that conversation to check if i've had a new message. is it possible to make the icon change once there is a change in the running app? ie. a new message.

or does anyone have a good msn docklet to recommend?
