eror with windows blinds clear black skins

the startmenu bar doesn't change into clear black skins.
all skins also got the same problem.
i'm using xp sp2 egypt
and can't read the font too because it's colour is white

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on "System info" then click the "Copy text" button. Paste that info here.

Yep, classic start menu does not get skinned.

You need to do that:
Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on "System info" then click the "Copy text" button. Paste that info here.
This is to verify if there's a problem with Window Blinds on your PC.

It looks like you are running the Classic Start Menu. Click on the Windows Taskbar and open Properties and change off of the Classic Start Menu and see if that doesn't correct it.
