ObjectDock and Vista 64
Stardock Web Page Says Not Supported
Tuesday, September 30, 2008 by JeffBDVS | Discussion: Stardock Support General
Hi All,
I have a new system coming soon that will be loaded with Vista Business 64 (Dual Quad Cores and 16 GB RAM). Of all the Object Desktop apps that I use now on XP, the one I don't think I could do without is ObjectDock.
Does anyone know (even anyone from Stardock) if/when OD Plus is scheduled to be compatible with Vista 64-bit?
Thanks,
-Jeff

Thanks, HG.
The OD+ web site specifically lists only 32-bit Windows OSes. Do you have docklets running? Email Checker or System Tray, for example?
I'm trying to discover where the incompatibility might be.

The weather docklet works fine, is the only docklet I use. I do remember a thread about the systray not working.. but that was a while ago and possibly may have been adressed.

Everything works fine for me on Vista 64. Make sure you are running the latest beta via Stardock Central and/or Impulse. ![]()
