Installing a logon skin

I downloaded a resident evil logon skin "ResidentEvil-UmbrellaTerminal.logonxp" but it didnt come with instructions.
How do i apply it to my logon. thanks for any help.

Do you have the program LogonStudio installed?
If not, you need it.
If so, all you need to do is double click the .logonxp and it will self install into Logonstudio.
