Hy! I am a London fan, and i just love DreamScene.
So... Can any1 make a dream file whit a place from London?
This is my favoirite image:
Can you make the water move?? How about the cars and the people?
If any one can consider in creating this dream file... 10x!

It may take a little time because the GUIC launched today.
It is quite a beautiful scene.

There are several programs out there that will simulate wave movement. However for live pictures the best thing is a video that can be looped.
That is unless you want it created in 3D. Parliment would take time I'm certain.
