Upload problems- Cannot upload skins

I don't know if it's just me, but I have repeatedly tried to upload A couple of logons here and it goes through the motions and I get no response like successfully uploaded we'll get backt o you- blah blah blah and my upload just sits there. I can upload every where else with no problems. I did all the empty casche ,cleaned registry, checked for vurus etc.. but still no luck. I don't even get an error in the upload! Can someone check this out and get back to me. I would appreciate any advice or help!

I have been trying for a week and still can not upload any thing.

It's not just you........Try https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx with IE......It currently seems to have the best chance for success
