Upload Not Working

I have being trying to upload my new DX theme. It is about 10 MB. I have tried to submit it using Firefox 3, Google Chrome, Safari, & IE8
IE8 has login issues.
Firefox 3 & Google Chrome don't do anything when you press the submit button (after filling in fields and choosing upload file)
Safari just lagged.
Is it my slow computer/connection?

SinTactics, please make a note that we don't usually support beta versions of browsers. Chrome and IE8 could have issues, but we don't make a habit of getting the sites ready for a new browser (or version) until they put out a release candidate

Yes thanks sir, but I must say Chrome supports most parts of this website well.
