DeskScapes, unable to remove the folder after uninstall

Folder in use

Thursday, September 4, 2008 by Gascogne | Discussion: Stardock Support General

Somehow I can't remove the folder the program was installed in.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Object Desktop\DeskScapes

When I try and delet the folder it says the folder is in use?

Any idea on how I can fix this?

I'm not sure how that could have occured but the best way is to boot into safe mode as the process for Deskscapes will not load then. Let me know if this dose not work for you. I'm willing to bet is has something to do with your Vista admin status.
