What's gonna hatch from that egg?

A great new skin has been posted (hardly news for most)....and after downloading and using it (smooth and nice) I caught myself looking at
the Start button and wondering, "Is that gonna hatch?"
This lead to yet another question, "If it does, what's gonna come out?"
sooooo.....I pose the question to you all:
"If it hatches, what do you think will emerge?"
