i need help with wba file

how to i open wba file

when i download the skin it gave me in wba file and when i doble click on tha file it come out open with i don know what to i do i m new in this so if some one can tell me how to i instal this skin please

Have you downloaded and installed WindowBlinds, there is a link st the top of the WindowBlinds gallery.
