Sound Activated Desktop Lights

OK. So what i am looking for is program that will take the sound your computer is producing and have like a sound activated neon glow that you can put on your desktop or something. Just an aesthetically pleasing thing. Or also something like a spectrograph or an Oscilloscope. Kinda like a winamp or windows media player visualization that runs on it's own. I've looked around and havn't found anything so far but maybe somone here knows.
