Member Spotlight: WebGizmos
ObjectDock Background creator
Thursday, August 21, 2008 by Island Dog | Discussion: WinCustomize News
If you are a fan of ObjectDock, then this weeks member spotlight should ring a bell. WebGizmos has been a member of WinCustomize since September 2003, and during that time he has built up quite a large library of skins, most of which is in the ObjectDock gallery. WebGizmos specializes in dock backgrounds, and he is one of the best when it comes to making either new docks, or docks based off of WindowBlinds skins.
I see about 14 pages in his gallery with just a huge selection of dock backgrounds. If you are looking for a matching dock background, you will most likely find one here.

Well, apart from the guy who claimed the smiley button got stuck when posting in someones skin comments a couple of years back...
Congratulations on the feature, Steve ...a long time in coming, but very much deserved.
Keep up the great work, and never give up!

Ask not what Webgizmos can do for you! Ask what you can do for Webgizmos!
I promise a dock on every screen! A backdrop on every weather docklet! A tab on every dock! And freedom of choice from a slew of docks! Uh...ok....thats about it. (Cue the fanfare!...Bring on the babies!)
Hey? Where'd everybody go?

But there are always somethings that get me down too. So in a way I know where you are coming from. Some how I get around it though and find it is better after a while. I need to with draw sometimes to get my brain to working right again. That or it gets clouded up with crazy stuff. Then that drags me down to where it makes things harder than they really are.
Anyway it is always a better tomorrow and things get better with time. Least so they say they do. All I see is whats in the mirror and it aint getting much younger or better for that matter. But it does somehow...
Tomorrow is a better day here too. I got this major project at work for some new equipment that is going to payoff like ever. I love that "new stuff" it is like toys. You never get enough of them.

Aint that just the truth... Ive tried to make some graphics but it just takes too long. Ive got ideas, shedloads of ideas, but havent got the patience or time to do it in photoshop. Im a perfectionist... so if it aint right ill end up changing it.. and being a boob at PS that will be a lot of time spent changing things. Time which i should spend filling up my art portfolio and just doodle in general lol. Although i do need to learn PS for when i get me wacom and practice digital doodles... ahhhh the time!! *cry*

Last I heard, he was out chasing garbagemen around... trying to nab them and shove 'em in his trunk!
But that's okay, WG! We next-generation dock skinners are here to show our allegiance!
