Need help! says "ERROR" when i upload a profile picture.
HEEELP!!!

im trying to upload my profile picture! but it wouldnt work! 
it says its been uploaded succesfuly under the box where you click "browse" to search your files... but above it, it says... "Your upload succeeded, but the image(s) have been corrupted. Please try again."
and yes the picture is the right format (JPG) and size (150X150)
it's been doing this for days, please someone help! thank you sooo much

I can't enter that page!! I have the same error but I can't get into that page...It says it doesn't exist! please help meeeee!! 
Edit: Sorry XP I was using the link (which is wrong, it redirects to https://www.wincustomize.... and not to https://forums.wincustomize.....) I wrote the direction myself and It worked...Thanks a lot Zubaz and RobbyeatJoanne for posting it
