Who Needs "Alt+Tab" Anyway?
When you can switch windows to your heart's content

One good program I have come across is called Switcher. Switcher is an Alt+Tab replacement program that gives you great and graphical flexibility over that task switching function. See below:

This is for Windows Vista only. In fact, the website will tell you that you need to be running Aero for it to work; however, by my experience, it works well while running WindowBlinds, too.
If you would like to try it out, here's the link: http://insentient.net/

You can get the same on XP, google Expose Clone.
I use a custom AutoHotKey script and left + middle (wheel click) get's me expose style or hold left button while pressing right button does traditional Alt+Tab navigation.

In this case when they say it needs Aero they actually mean it needs the DWM running.
