Serial Numbers

Gosh, I hope I can explain this right. I have posted before on this and tried everything that was suggested but nothing is working right. First, every time that a subscription is renewed, does the Serial Number changed. I renew my Wincustomize Subscription on the 13th of this month. But when I download the Wincustomize Browser and try to attempt to put in the Serial Number, it will ask if I want to renew it and I click on yes and it takes to the PayPal page to buy it again. I have cross reference the Wincustomize Account and the Stardock Account also with a new email address. I have recieved a email with all of my Products and the Serial Numbers but on the Wincustomize Subscription, it still says it expires on the 27th, (renew on the 13th). My question now, Is there always a new Serial Number with the renew subscription? if so, I need one.
