wallpaper problem

If you notice in the preview it is correct when applied it is stretched even though set to center.Note this image is exactly my screen res.Yesterday when set to center it was off by 200-300 pixels and not stetched  the day before set to center and it tiled.This just started sometime last week but I have never seen this before so hopeflly someone may have some insight as to what is going on!

Saw another thread here somewhere...same issue...believed to be vid-card driver related...
