newbie in love and needs help

Hi guys, I am jst a newbie and already in love with this stuff. But i don't know how to use windowsblinds. I was taken to Cnet to get the application, it jst doesn't work. Can anyone please elp.

Have you installed WindowBlinds? If so, open the program and use the WB interface to choose a skin.
