Wallpaper error

Hello, i got a little problem when trying to upload a wallpaper in here. When wincustomize finished uploading some of the users where commenting that they can't download the wallpaper. they say that they get a blank scree.
I tryed on deviantart and i got this error message "You submitted a CMYK JPEG, which web browsers do not support. Pleasse save your image as an RGB"
