my desktops won't load with DX 3.50.060

Just installed the latest version and now my desktops won't load. All I ever get is this error:
The procedure entry point ?OnStateChanged@DGObj@@UAEHPAGK@Zcould not be located in the dynamic link libraryDirectGui.dll
