Reset Activation

For some reason when I rebooted my system my WindowBlinds would not run. I reinstalled and now it's telling me I have maxed out my activations. Can someone please reset this for me?

I have your account reset! Please let me unknow after a clean install if you still get the same troubles with WindowBlinds.

It's back up and running.  

Thank you for the prompt responce...I expected it to take much longer coming off the holiday weekend.

Right here, I need my activations for Galciv DA and TA reset as well. I emailed support but I haven’t heard back yet.

Then you must be using another account other than the one listed to your account for the forums. Please PM me any email addressess you might use.

I have zero tolerance for this type of thing. Only an OS could get away with these kinds of error messages and still maintain my support... the irony is that the pirates don't have to deal with these dialogues, only the paying customer is hasseled. Its like taking away everyones guns... the good guys are disarmed and the bad guys are armed to the teeth on the black market

This is an effort to protect not only the assets of the company but also to protect the serial number of the subscriber. If someone should obtain your account information we can track the use of it and restore to you what you paid for. It is annoying from time to time to deal with this system but it does not come up so often as you think. We pride ourselves on thinking of the customer first when it comes to our priorities and only then do we consider the pirates. I'm certain if you ask around in these forums you will hear the positive rapport this creates about our products.

Please don't derail topics with political statements/analogies made to get a rise in the support forums. We have forum categories and blogs meant for just that (joeuser.com).

Certainly however these request need to be more formal requests for support through the support channels. Please start a ticket at support@stardock.com for the formality sake then PM me the email you used to do it with. I will see to it in the morning right away.
