I want to know how long does wincustomize take to upload my wallpapers? If the reject a wallpaper, what can I do to E-Mail them telling them that the wallpaper is product of my imagination? I am new to this.

bear in mind, depending on what your imagination produces... that could be reason for rejection

Moderation can take up to 5 days. This is stated on page that comes up after your upload is complete.
