Applying icon packages

C and D drive

Hi everyone. Forgive me if this post is in the wrong section...

I'm using IconPackager 4.0 in combination with Windows Vista. I have split my hard drive to C and D. IP applies both the custom packages as well as the ones I've made myself to the C drive without any problems. However, it does not apply any packages to the D drive. Even though IP shows the changes in the preview mode, there are no actual changes in Windows.

Am I going about it wrong or is something else going on? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

P.S. I'm also searching for an icon for Vista Live (Data) folder. I have changed all the icons of my folders on the C drive. However, the Live Data folders are still shown in default style. I'm looking for an icon in the following style:
