How to create animation in "Start Menu" / "taskbars"etc.

Hi,
I'm a newbe,but I'm wondering how the dragon-animation in the "Molton"-skin has been done.
I realy love it and I 'd like to create my own animation in the "Start-menu"
I tried in Skinstudio to track the dragon-animation,without succes.
I'd wanted to experiment by replacing the dragon by my own animation in order the learn to work with Skinstudio
The same I tried with horizontal taskbars.I tried to copy them in a image-editor and change it with a own creation. This didn't work. The animation was gone in the taskbars.
So I'm wondering that if I would find the Dragon-animation,if it is possible to change it?
Can someone help me find the Dragon-animation and explane how to alter or change it.(insert a own animation)
How do I alter create animations in taskbars etc.?
Many thanks,
Ben

As you can see, it's pretty straight forward.
For the start button, You just have to build your animation frame by frame and put them in a long evenly spaced row and import (molten has 28 frames). Make sure you adjust the image count to reflect the number of frames in your animation.
Click on the animation tab. There you can adjust the frame rate, choose whether or not the animation loops or plays once and specify where the animation starts and finishes.
Hope this answers some of your questions
