Script For Revolving Around An Object

Can anyone provide me a script for revolving around an object ( say 1).
Remember its not rotation, I can create myself... because i don't know.

bumping the other one up every once in a while keeps it active
starting a new thread will probably get you answers you have already been given on the other thread
on the other thread you've got replies by people who know lots concerning dtx and scripting
if they didn't give you one, then one may not exist or it's way too complicated to just sit down and write you one.

have you looked at all the objects in the Object Gallery to see if maybe there's something there that has a script that can be adapted?

the best idea would be to make a transparent background item, and put things on it, then rotate that master bg object so whatever you make a child of this object will rotate.
