Need help finding this theme if possible...

So i had to reformat my computer when i got a nasty virus. i was able to save alot of data, but not alot of programs. one of the things i lost was my windows theme. i cant remember what program i used to apply it, or the site i got it off of. if anyone has seen it a link would be greatly apperciated.
what i do remember is it is called the elipse, and the normal wallpaper for it is a car (i am assuming the eclipse)
oh further digging revealed it to be called exile, and i found it
