I'm new to skinning, but I've been around win-customize for a while, since 04 I believe. So I've been using the alienware invader skin on my desktop for a while, and I wanted to modify it a bit to suit my personal taste, and than I got this weird error. The preview window became all pixelated and static looking. Than when I went to edit it, all the previews were pixelated and static looking. I'll post a picture when photobucket comes back online. Thanks in advance.

Yup, that appears to be the reason then. I didn't want to steal or redistribute it or anything, I just wanted to make it a little more personal. Still, I understand why they do it.
