Windowblinds and Mac/IE minimize button

I am think of purchasing a Mac laptop and was wondering if you could use Windowblinds. Also, I love the skins that have the minimize button (Explorer) if you right click it minimizes the bar on the top of the screen instead of the bottom, is there any way to do that with skins that I already have?

You can use WindowBlinds only if you install Windows on to your Mac.
