Ok after getting rejected multiple times how do I make and submit a dream right? Cant find instructions anywhere.
What resolution does the dream need to be?

OK thanks, also one more question.
Is there any video editing software that allows you to make a video frame transparent to see the beginning and ending frames for making a better loop?

I always did it myself by pasting the start of the video to the end of the video and cross faded it. Try searching for some tutorials.

2. A swf is a Macromedia Flash video. I think there are some free video to swf converters out there. Try googling for video to swf converters
3. I play my video in WMP, then press the Print Screen button. Next, open mspaint and select Edit->Paste from the menu. Highlight the inside of WMP where the video was playing and select Edit->Copy To from them menu to save what you highlighted.
