I can not get the UAC Stationed Locked screensaver to work...

I can not get the UAC Stationed Locked screensaver to work. I downloaded Adobe Flash Player like it told me to do and it still doesn't work. My OS is Windows Vista Ultimate.

It works OK in XP...so it looks like it's a Vista/flash issue...
