Sharing the "animatedock" idea

I found that I have no much time as I would to work on the skins \ my freeware graphic application cannot compete with a PS or similar \ at the moment I'm working on the laptop as my desktop is out of order.... I also agree with my average skin rating 2.5\3 stars ... for all these reasons I decided to share not only the skins for the downloads but also the "animatedock" idea (even the source)
... I mean there is no copyright on it + I will be glad to download some 4\5 rating stars "animatedock" created by the master skinners reading this post !!
... naturally if you like the idea !? 
(just the same with the "toggle autohide icons set" idea )
