I Paid For It and I need to DL it Again

I bought the Liquidox Suite on October 4, 2006. Because of some trouble on the HD I need to DL it again BUT when I click on the link to DL again from the original email I get file not found. Now I have the receipt blahh blahh blahh to prove I paid for it. Where is it? How can I get it back? I noticed that on the page where you can order it that it's listed for 9.95 but I thought it was one of those My Colors deals now which is 19.95. What gives? Bottom line is I need to re DL it. How shall I accomplish this?
