Help to install theme

I download the zip and i dont know wat to do next plz help!

thanks for trying to help....... but i am so lost. im geting super frusterated, all i do is see the theme i like, click on it and after it downloads it opens up winrar and i dont know what the heck to do from there. i just want to use the themes!!!!!!!! please help!!! it will be a HUGE favor.

At the top of the page you are downloading the theme from will be a link for the required software.

different "themes" require different necessary software to run
do you have the necessary software installed?
If not, read the description box in each gallery - there will be a link to get any needed software
