create a dll from aan icon pkg?

what I want to do is create a dll file of an icon package so I can try and replace some of my r-click icons by opening a dll and selecting the icons I want. Is there an easy way to do this

You can do this very easy with Axialis Icon Workshop. It can be found at this link here

Well from the google search I found gconvert at http://www.gdgsoft.com/gconvert/ and it works like a champ as a 15 day trial. Its also free if you are willing to give a trialpay offer a shot then you get a free registraition
