How to create a MS Web Browser Object to view page on HD

Greetings ya'll

I want to use a MS Web browser control to view a page with an inline frame on it.

When I choose the MS Web browser control, then I put the URL in their the browser window comes up "cannot connect" yada yada (like it can't find the page or something)

Can somebody walk me through this?  Thanks

My first real object was a browser.  The script is wicked easy (because it's all I could do at the time and I'm not much better now).  Tear it apart and have some fun.   If you have questions, post them here.
