cursor fx unresponzive (sp?)

hello,
i have tried everything like uninstalling and then reinstalling it and everytime i open the curfx i get a message saying its not responding.any ideas? thanx in advance.
oh yeah i use the free version,was gonna buy the plus but not till i figure out what's going on w/ this version.thanx again.

i have windows vista,and no i don't have curxp active..................starting to wish i did though. thanx again

Can you check in the event log for anything related to CFX?
