Why are my submissions being rejected?
A unique image, permission included... I do not understand!

No...here is the included text within that email.....
"Deganu....the permission is 'almost' right...but Zea wonders why you need to ask and thus must be assuming you are doing it for personal use.? You need to explain that the permission is needed so you can re-upload the wall as a logon for others to download....which is PUBLIC use, not personal."
Permission needs to reflect what use the work is being put to.
You don't actually need permission at all if the work remains on your computer and is not uploaded/distributed elsewhere...

Yes, yet again I was rejected. I updated everything, clarified the permission... so what am I doing wrong?????????????????????
