CursorFX Install problem

I downloaded CursorFX to try it out...and everything goes ok until it starts to install and then I get this message...
"Error
Could not access network location\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes"
Is this a problem with my computer?

I'll try this first.
I use a router and Norton.

Also is through the standard link, Stardock Central, or Impulse. If you are using the just download link try getting it through either of the other two downloading programs instead.

Sorry I deleted the wrong post you asked to. But I will answer the question. Yes you can download and update CursorFX through Impulse.
