Natural desktop resetting location

Natural desktop won't reset location on map after entering zip

Hi,

First time post. I used Natural Desktop on my Vista Premium OS but had to restore the HD. After downloading everything from my SDC Object Desktop account, I re-downloaded and installed Natural Desktop (seperate purchase). Now when I put in the zip for my town it goes to a window with a row of little lines (about 5 dots each) and won't update to my location. Fairly useless and annoying. I need help fixing it. I tried re-downloading, uninstalling and reinstalling. Any ideas?

Windows XP

By chance, running SP1?

1st time I ran it on Vista Home Prem it did fine.
