Where are the plugins for the right click menus?

Good afternoon and Happy Easter 
I'm trying to add the email checker plugin to my right click menu, but I don't have SDEmail.dll installled on my computer. In the plugins folder are only the address box and sysmeter plugins. Where can I get the SDEmail.dll?

But isn't there supposed to be a plug-in for RC?

Wasn't one in the version I was running - 1.20.008
Now updating to 1.25.009 to see...
and the reference I find is shown on pics like this one:
