Finding another customization app
one like mac menu

Yesterday I got a e-mail. I dont know much about this so am asking it here. Mail contents are...
"Mac OS doesn't have menu bar on all the windows, because the menu is on the taskbar, which is what I like about, does stardock softwares can change windows like this? if not, is there any software can do this? how do I search such software?"

HAPTORK could you provide a link so we can see what you are talking about? I might be something that Object Dock Plus can do. Could tell better if I could see what it's doing.

If you mean the Finderbar there is nothing that simulates in 100%. The closest I've seen is
the Finderbar Add-On by Landvermesser. You may be able to edit/add apps to it but, I'm not sure.
