Unable to save skin font and color changes

Version 6.00.002 of SkinStudio does not save skin color or font changes. I have not tested saving other changes, but changes to these two elements revert back to original values if you save skin, close skin and then reopen skin.
I tried this on multiple skins and the results are the same.
This was not a problem in the beta of this version.
