HOW CAN I MIX PARTS OF THEMES?

Hi. I`m a begginer in Stardock. I`m using windowblinds, iconpack, theme manager, and skinstudio. But i have found some different skins with cool parts: menus, bars, etc... I want to take parts of them to create my own skin. But in skinstudio,i can`t copy complete parts (as a comlete menu)to my skin.
Can anybody help me please?
