What does this mean?

While downloading stuff from off Wincustomize, I got this really strange p[opup message
"Sorry, somthing went wrong when trying to add your rating"
Any clues as to what this means?

Hi , Bichur ...Thats'Interesting .. Exactly the same thing happened to when I first joined WC ... and I think it was you who told me what to do as well .. ...! !

Try clearing the cache of your internet browser.
Also should you have clicked on the rating button instead of the download but not selected anything you could get this message. This also occurs if you click the rating button on your own work.
